The P7's body features a sleek and seamless design, devoid of traditional sharp lines, which contributes to its overall aesthetic appeal from the front to the rear. As a fastback, the rear of the P7 maintains a consistent visual theme with a continuous light bar extending across the trunk without excessive overlaps onto the sides. The remaining elements at the back are relatively straightforward, including two separate rear lights on each side, an elongated Xpeng logo positioned below the light bar, and a P7 model designation located on the lower right section of the trunk. Similarly, in line with its sedan counterpart, the Xpeng G9 Car exhibits a black lower fascia; however, this feature is interrupted by white accents on this SUV.

The interior of each model has been distinctly different, making it challenging to make comparisons. While the exterior design clearly takes inspiration from the XPeng P7, the interior once again introduces a completely new concept. However, this does not imply that the interior is subpar; on the contrary, it surpasses expectations with its premium materials such as soft Nappa leather seats that provide exceptional comfort both in the front and back - a rarity indeed.
